Terms of Use

These terms apply to everyone who uses TradeVendor. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.

The service TradeVendor is a platform where buyers and suppliers find each other and communicate. Contracts for goods or services are made directly between buyers and suppliers; TradeVendor is not a party to them and does not take possession of goods or payments for goods.

Accounts - You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. - Supplier accounts must represent a real, legally registered business. - You are responsible for activity on your account and your team members' accounts.

Supplier listings - Listings must be accurate, lawful and owned by you. No counterfeit goods, no items that infringe others' rights and no prohibited or regulated goods without the required licences. - Certificates you upload must be genuine and current. - We may review, edit for formatting, hide or remove listings and profiles that break these terms.

Buyers - RFQs must be genuine purchase enquiries. - Do your own due diligence before paying a supplier: check documents, request samples and use secure payment terms.

Prohibited use Spam, scraping, harassment, fraud, misleading claims, attempts to get around security or to collect other users' data for unrelated purposes.

Paid plans Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refundable unless the law requires it.

Liability We provide the platform "as is". We are not responsible for the goods, services, payments or conduct of users. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Suspension We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.

Changes We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for important changes, notify you by email. Continuing to use TradeVendor means you accept the update.
