Every supplier is reviewed New supplier profiles are checked by a person before buyers can see them. We look for a real business, complete contact details and honest product information.

The Verified badge Suppliers earn the Verified badge after we check business documents such as a business licence or registration, and certificates like ISO 9001 or CE. Certificates show on the profile only after verification, and expired certificates are hidden automatically.

Buy safely - Prefer Verified suppliers and check that certificates match the products you buy. - Ask for samples and inspection reports before large orders. - Use secure payment terms (for example a letter of credit or escrow) for first orders. - Be careful if a supplier asks you to pay a different bank account than the one on their invoice, or to move the conversation off the platform early.

Report a problem Every supplier and product page has a "Report" link. Reports go straight to our trust & safety team; we review them and can hide listings or suspend accounts.
